Characteristic of "Okuhida Gensui"

Mr.Hashimoto who is the tech mechanical professor of Osaka University proposed the standard of "the barometer of good taste of water".
This barometer shows us that over 2 is good water.

The barometer of good taste of water =
Ca(calcium) +K(potassium)+SiO2(silica) / Mg (magnesium) +So4 (sulfuric acid ion)

The constituent parts of water, which makes water tasty, are potassium, silica and calcium, and the constituent parts of water which make water tasteless are magnesium, sulfuric acid ion.

"Okuhida Gensui" shows the numeric number 17.625.

It is an extraordinary number, so it is no wonder people agree this water is very tasty.

(2) The number shows why "Okuhida Gensui" is healthy.

Barometer of healthy water= Ca (calcium) - 0.87Na (sodium)
(Content per 1.000ml)

Barometer of health water is over 5.2.

Calcium in water is important factor for health. On the other hand, high sodium consumes leads to arteriosclerosis. High Concentrations of calcium and sodium in the water suggest how healthy the water is.
According to numerical formula, the number 5.2 is enough for moderate health.

(3) Nonperishable water-"Okuhida Gensui"

"Okuhida Gensui "is welled up from the area called Tannaka highland, the stratification of which is called "Hida metamorphic rock" and is Japan's earliest stratification. This stratification is made up from lots of marble, because crystalline particle of marble is very dense. Marble filtered out the dirt in water to the utmost limit. That is why "Okuhida Gensui" is hard to decay.

We can see many examples of oxidation in our daily lives, when we find a piece of iron rusting or a slice of apple turning brown. It also happens to human body. When human beings are oxidized, they get old.

(6) "Okuhida Gensui " is suitable for our daily cuisine

"Okuhida Gensui" makes our variety of cooking more pleasing to the palate because the cluster of this water is very fine. As a result, it has high extraction power. That is one of the reasons why this water is inevitable when it comes to delicious tea, coffee and other drinks. In cooking, for example, this it is good at extracting the taste of materials such as vegetables, meat, and fish and so on. Therefore, it is suitable for any recipes, especially stew and soup. Also, "Shouchuu" (A kind of Japanese distilled wine) and this water is an excellent combination. In addition, as this water spring from the stratification containing a large amount of quartz and crystal, it is natural alkali-ion water, Ph of which is 7.8~8.5.
